SAML authentication (SSO)
Single sign-on across treasury systems, the Uniun platform and enterprise applications enables a seamless user experience for management of data integration.
Role-based access model
User permissions are defined within roles for simple, secure administration of user authorisations within the Uniun platform.
Detailed audit control
Continuous audit logging provides a fully secure audit trail of data modifications and user actions with reporting capability.
Microsoft Azure
Uniun uses Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure where data centres comply with industry regulations for security and reliability in accordance with ISO/IEC 27701.
Connectivity
Uniun only ever uses secure protocols with end-to-end encryption for all connections over public networks as standard using HTTPS with TLS v1.2 or above.
Network
Uniun accepts secure HTTPS network traffic through a firewall and load balancer with IP filtering enabled. The firewall has been configured to block all other inbound requests.
ISO 27001
Uniun is certified under the ISO 27001 standard for Information Security and operates an Information Security Management System as part of all internal operations. An independent external security audit and risk assessment is conducted at least annually.
Culture
All Uniun employees undergo regular security awareness training including regular review of key security policy documents and education on the need to report any security related incidents.
GDPR
Uniun undertakes to comply with the legislation in force regarding privacy and personal data protection, including the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016.
